由媽媽取名「恬」,竟在28年之後才發現原來冥冥中早已註定,我這輩子将離不開甜點。甘是“甜” 的本字: 甜,美也。
心卻是「恬」的本字,我夢想中的美好甜點是用心去製作與感受的。
If sweets is an addictive drugs, I am definitey devoted to this guilty pleasure. Life is just too short to say NO to beautiful pastry that are worth for the calories.
出生於馬來西亞新山,現居香港。 2013年開始烤“東西”,廚房變成了實驗室,麵粉,奶油,糖,雞蛋在小烤箱裡起了奇妙的化學作用。 2015年夏天決定隻身前往藍帶學院,並取得初級法式甜點證書。接下來的短期目標是報讀中級甜點課程與成立小教室。
Born and raised in johor bahru, malaysia and currently residing in Hong Kong. Begin to bake stuff in ma little kitchen since 2013. Went to Le Cordon Bleu for Basic french PAtisserie course in 2015. Upcoming plan is to enroll to intermediate patisserie course and to set up a little baking class.
